About the test:

This package is a great starting point for individuals tracking their aging biomarkers including those joining longevity groups to monitor the effects of interventions.

It includes includes a dual offering: Wearables Monitoring and the PhenoAge Test. The Wearables Monitoring feature integrates data from devices like Oura, Fitbit, and continuous glucose monitors, analyzing HRV, sleep, activity, and more.

The PhenoAge Test, developed by Dr. Morgan Levine, Dr. Luigi Ferrucci, and Dr. Steve Horvath in 2018, calculates your biological age using 9 clinical blood biomarkers. These biomarkers are linked to age-related disease onset and mortality, offering a precise health status insight.

With the Home Phlebotomist Collection option, you'll be able to schedule phlebotomist to come to your home or office to collect a blood sample for PhenoAge blood testing.

The package requires connection with existing wearable devices, making it a convenient tool to assess and track the effectiveness of their health interventions.

NOTE: This Package with Home Phlebotomist Collection is currently available only in the U.S.

What’s Included:

PhenoAge Lab Blood Tests (every 3 months)

Home Phlebotomist Collection (administered by Get Labs) for blood testing.

Wearables Monitoring Reports to conveniently track aging biomarkers data from wearables devices such as Oura, Fitbit, and many others

PhenoAge Reports with personalized recommendations based on PhenoAge values and clinical blood biomarkers

Longitudinal Tracking Reports that track all key biomarkers over time and provide statistical analysis of outcomes

Monthly Training & Group Orientation with members of the Clock Foundation team and others, to provide any necessary training and to enable participation in longevity groups that track the effects of specific interventions.
