Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping Overview

We ship epigenetic testing kits and related products to customers worldwide. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping times vary based on your location.

3. International Shipping

We ship to over 25 countries including Canada, the United Kingdom, EU member states, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, and more. International shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All prices on MyAgingTests are listed in US Dollars (USD). Your bank or payment provider will convert the charge at their prevailing exchange rate.

For international orders, please be aware:

  • Import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs authority upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • VAT (Value Added Tax) for EU and UK orders may be collected at the time of delivery by the carrier or local postal service. The amount varies by country.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or additional documentation requirements.
  • If you have questions about duties for your specific country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can also track your order status from your My Orders page.

6. Digital Products

Some products (such as PhenoAge analysis from lab results) are delivered digitally and do not require shipping. These are available immediately after purchase through your dashboard.

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy varies by product type:

  • Unused testing kits: May be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the kit is unopened and in its original packaging.
  • Used testing kits: Once a sample collection kit has been opened or used, it cannot be returned due to the biological nature of the product.
  • Digital products and services: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If your analysis could not be completed due to a technical issue on our end, a full refund will be issued.
  • Subscription services: You may cancel at any time. Refunds for the current billing period are provided if cancelled within 7 days of renewal.

8. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or request a refund, please contact our support team:

  • Include your order number and reason for the return
  • We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item (for physical products) or approve the refund request.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
