Protocol Overview
This longevity protocol appears to target cellular senescence, a process where cells stop dividing and accumulate, potentially contributing to age-related decline. Dasatinib, Fisetin, Quercetin, and Spermidine are all compounds that have been investigated for their potential senolytic (targeting senescent cells) or autophagy-enhancing (promoting cellular cleaning) properties. The goal is to remove or rejuvenate these aging cells, theoretically promoting healthier aging and extending lifespan.
Currently, there is no research evidence to support the use of this protocol for longevity. All four compounds listed have zero research findings. This means that there is no scientific basis to support the use of this protocol.
